Schedule an Appointment with Eloise or use Chat

Although we cannot meet face-to-face, I am still here to help you with your research. Use the sidebar tools to work with me to make your research go a bit smoother!

If you have a quick, immediate question chat is your best bet!

When I am online the box will be blue, say "Talk to Eloise and go directly to my instant messaging.

When I am offline, the box will be orange, say "Ask the Desk" and go to a librarian or reference associate.

Want to make your research process go a bit easier in a big way? Schedule a virtual appointment with me to work together on understanding your assignment, planning your research, finding a lot of sources, and evaluating/reading/using and citing them.

  1. Click the button below my picture and above the chatbox to make an appointment.
  2. Select a date and time to meet. I am typically available on weekdays 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Helping you is my number one priority so I have tried to make my schedule as flexible as possible. If you need to meet outside those hours, email me and we can find a time to meet.
  3. Fill out a brief form with your name, Bucknell email, preferred meeting method, and a brief summary of your project and topic. You can also provide a secondary email and tell me if you anticipate any time/technology issues that we might want to work through together.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation in your email and I will reach out before we meet. If you need to change/cancel, just let me know!

Asynchronous help? Email works great,

Don't hesitate to email me anytime at I'll be able to respond in less than a day, and will be able to provide individual advice or resources that might be helpful to you.
