You can search for something like:
- list of famous friendships
- list of famous lovers
And the results will start with a list but will also include lists compiled by many different people and organizations. If there's a particular theme, you can add that theme.
Just be aware that "List of famous enemies" seems to get only fictional characters and you might want to try something like "list of famous enemies in real life" or "list of famous enemies in history."
