Activity 1: Developing Keywords
- What questions do you have about your experience of love and learning? These questions can bring focus to your topic for the definition paper.
- From these questions, what key concepts emerge? These will be your keywords to use for searching for articles.
- Discuss your topic, questions, and keywords with someone at your table. They will discuss their topic, questions, and keywords with you. See if you can come up with suggestions for keywords or alternate terms to improve your searches.
Activity 2: Scholarly vs. Non-scholarly
Search for each article in the Research Library Complete database. Open each as a PDF. At your table, compare and contrast the articles.
