New Faculty: Additional Library Services

Scholarly Communication

The Scholarly Communications committee provides Bucknell’s faculty scholars with customized information, education, and guidance as well as the technical resources and support services needed throughout all steps of the scholarly communications process.  We can support you in:

  • Identifying and selecting outlets for publication for your research and measuring the impact of your scholarship.
  • Negotiating with publishers and making your work available through "Green Open Access" and the Bucknell Digital Commons.
  • Identifying and selecting open educational resources (OERs) including open textbooks for your classes.
  • Teaching students in your courses or working with research assistants about issues related to publishing, copyright, creative commons, and other ethical, legal, and social justice aspects of information.

Visit the Scholarly Communications guide or email the Scholarly Communications Team (scholarlycommunications@bucknell.edu) for questions or support.
