Use a variety of keywords to search for information about employee well-being, satisfaction, engagement, etc. broadly. My suggestion is that you limit your search to a recent time period (~the last 12 months). There have been MANY changes in the focus on employee well-being since 2020-2021, and I am confident that you will find a wealth of information about what companies are trying, what's working, etc.
